Kerahna said that you griefed 4 emerald blocks from another island, which I expect to receive should you be unbanned.

Moving on, illegal trade is both the giving OR receiving of illegal items. That being said, the other guy may have sold it to you, but you still accepted it and took part in the illegal trade. You were not framed, and I did not misunderstand the situation. At first I was willing to let you off the hook with just your items lost, and I said that straight out, but then you began to be manipulative. After I let you off the hook, you asked Kuraiibu for a refund on the items that I told you you wouldn't receive. That's the second part of your ban.

Do you now understand why you were banned?

Well, that's okay. I mean, you aren't required to be let back on the server if you don't want to.

Illegal trading applies to both sides. When one is caught, both sides are banned. I wanted to let you off the hook because you said you didn't know the rules, but you took advantage of me, so I banned you.

 

okay i understand. but i didn't think i would be let back onto the server thats all. if i can go back on a would like to

maybe if you ban me for 5 more days and then un-ban me it would be good because if im not allowed back on skyblock i want my 50 bucks transferred to mineverse

 

Your donations are not getting transferred. They are non-refundable. If you'd put some more effort into your ban appeal, we could have been done with this. loganvalor's appeal has already been accepted.

Now, explain to me why I should let you back on the server after what you've done.

 

its sort of a hard question to answer for me but i think you should let me back onto the server because i have atleast $60 put into that server and my mom would destroy me if it went to waste :| and its a fun server to play on i enjoy my time on it. if im not allowed back on it i would like to have my donor rank atleast put onto another server owned by noobcrew

 

So, you don't feel apologetic or remorseful for what you've done, but for what you will lose? Well, that doesn't sound right.

I'm gonna say this one last time before I deny this appeal. Donations are non-refundable. Any mention of donations is considered bribery. I want to know why you feel you won't do it again.

 

i feel i wont do again it because it causes everyone involved problems not just the person that made the problem happened but the victim and the moderator that had to deal with the problem i am sorry for what i have done and i will re read the rules. and say sorry to anyone who has been involved with the situation. not sure if you think this is just something im saying that just to make you think im sorry but i am indeed sorry for my actions.
