Hello i was just sort of browsing for a laptop at the moment i will eventually need one for school, but i also want to be able to play the latest games on it. If you have any suggestions that would be nice anything under 2000 is fine and if its over not a big deal i will judge it. I also heard that building laptops is a bit cheaper and you get a better laptop if you do it right, i have never touched the inside of a computer so i don't know if i could watch a tutorial or if i need to get a professional to build one for me. Thanks for the help :p

So you dont really care how much it costs as long as it is less than 2k?

    RAZOR
    ALIENWARE
The best pre-built laptops come from them, and they should be in ur price range.

If you're getting an Alienware Laptop, make sure you get the extended warranty, as it'll definitely be worth it.

Well, only a very small subset of games run on a Mac, and the drivers that Apple provides for Windows aren't the best if you were thinking of running BootCamp

    It looks decent on specifications.

What kills a gaming laptop is often heating, and I'm not convinced that this problem has really been solved properly anywhere, even on Alienwares/Razors. If you can, visit the store and actually watch the heat of the laptop while playing a game to get the best idea.
