did you read the rules: yes I've been playing on the server for 3 months I know everything about the server

why do you think you were banned: I was banned for flying but I was not flying I was in spawn and I built a tower of blocks and it looks like your flying I was build the tower to pass time

why do you think you should be unbanned: I should be unbanned becuase I wasn't flying and now I know not to build towers in spawn also I can't live without playing on the server I got banned for 1 day but please unban me.

This is most likely an automatic, temporary ban. These last six hours. If you are not unbanned in six hours, let us know and we'll unban you.

For future reference, don't build anything at spawn. It's protected for a reason.
