I don't understand why you couldn't tell me this before, instead of saying the things you said.

 

Well, as I've had to explain to quite a few people, is that a lot of that time, I go into a mood of agression and "d***ish-ness". I realise that what I did was wrong, and all I can think to do is better handle my moods, as well as try and apologize to the many people who I have angered(Ive already apologized to many of them throughout today and yesterday).
