You need a lot more detail in pretty much all areas to have a chance.

 

I think you need more than just to report 3 people. I have tons of screenshots in my minecraft file and I can report up to like 50 people if I choose to. I would recommend being more active and you need more reasons why you think you would be a good moderator.
