Proby means prohibition.
This rank could be given to people who have been banned by a moderator then unbanned later.
Its kind of like a police officer watching an ex-con who was released from jail.

It could be a temporary rank so people only get it for a few days, weeks, or months.
Or...
It could be permanent.
If it were to be either of these, I think it should be based off the degree of the problem that was commited.
Like, say someone was banned for a simple dirt trade.
They would be put on a certain degree or Proby to indicate a simple crime if unbanned.
But a griefer would be put on the worst degree of Proby, indicating he or she commited the worst crime commited.

Proby would only be allowed to do certain things and commands.

On a Tekkit server I used to be on, a man was put on the rank [Dunce] because he broke the rules.
He could only talk and nothing else for 24 hours.

I dont suggest making it like this but similar.

/spawn
Being muted for temp or perm.
Cant do warps.
Black colour Prefix.

The point of Proby is to help Moderators know past rule breakers and to make rule breakers feel ashamed. It has much more points but thats obvious.

 

While I do like this idea, it wouldn't be so we could track who's been banned for what.
If Noobcrew would maybe install SKYBANS, it would log all bans (with reason, date, ban issuer, and time) for us.
(Yes I made Skybans.)

That's like putting a dunce cap on every single person that ever got banned for any reason. It's like equivocating a murder crime with petty thievery. Applying it to every single person who gets banned is just rude. Once theway's beautiful plugin ever is installed, we'll have a perfect system. It just hasn't happened yet.
