iLemonz posted screen shots of 2 people (me and ImALegend123) using his nick and you have assumed that it was me who posted advertising free diamonds while using his nick. screen shots can be seen in this thread Nick abuse! (Crakrjack) | Skyblock Forums
You don't think for a second that maybe the other guy did this and stopped using the nick before iLemonz could type /seen lemon ??

Please overturn this ban or produce some proof which i know for a fact doesn't exist as i did not do this.

iLemonz believes his screenshots are proof, but he would have to be able to prove that he could have typed;
: >[enter] (as this is posted after the advert for free diamonds as seen in the screenshot)
and then type;
/realname lemon [enter]

all before the real culprit typed /nick none [enter]

Given that who ever posted it knew well before iLemonz that they needed to type it, it is incredibly unlikely that iLemonz was that quick.

Note also that your screenshot shows that SUPERsonic having typed /msg lemon hd [enter] before you as well.

Of course there is the other possiblity that xXProdigyXx1 himself posted it himself in order to get someone banned although I don't think this is the case.

I'd be interested to see if you offered ImALegend123 amnesty for this instance of /nick abuse and ask if he did it, what he would say? Not that any denial from him will be proof of any guilt on my part, but a confession will clear my name which you have dirtied without proper consideration of the facts at hand.

Forgive me for posting, but I believe there is another person who participated in the /nick abuse. ImAlegend123.We questioned him about the nick abuse, but he acted very suspiciously in his responses.

 

There is a specific screenshot of you using my nick How is that not proof?

 

This screenshot shows that you had my nick... Why would i create spam for myself if i was helping and building on my island...

 

And i dont talk in White i talk in Bright yellow...

 

There is no evidence on me, the screen shots shows one other using the nickname and as tkjpie has kindly pointed out he acted suspiciously when questioned on it. Thanks tkjpie. All you can say is that there is at least 3 people who could have posted it and there is no way as far as I can tell to determine who did it. Those 3 being myself, IAmALegend123 and xXProdicyXx1
How you have come to choose anyone to ban without proof is beyond me.
Clearly I cannot provide proof that I didn't do it, just as you yourself Dirty cannot provide proof that you did not do it, nor can xXProdigyXx1.
I'm asking that you provide proof that i did, proof that I know for a fact does not exist as I did not do it.
You have banned me without any proof at all.
Innocent until proven guilty.

iLemonz you clearly cannot comprehend the facts that I put forth in my defense so please don't post here as it's not constructive.

For anyone else reading this, the ban is not for using the nickname but for fake posting the free diamonds.
