(and/or) how you discovered Minecraft

I discoved Minecraft about 3 or 4 years ago when my brother came home excitedly to ​

show me a game I might like. I really enjoyed playing singleplayer for awhile, but then it became a bit monotonous, so I quit Minecraft for alittle while.

One day I started talking to my friend Tyler about Minecraft and he mentioned ​

Skyblock.org and Skyblock.net. These were the first multiplayer servers I had ever played on. Tyler and I played for alittle, but we faded apart and he just stopped playing

So now I still play Skyblock and it's been about 9 months since that happened

YAYZ!! FIRST REPLY!!! Anyway, found this out bout a year or 2 ago. =D
EDIT: Found out because I started watching Youtuber Antvenom and my friend told me when I got it for me B-day. Then he played on my acc. and played skyblock. I remember the 1st time I went on it was night time and I was on the lowest brightness and I couldnt see anything. XD

 

Oi. Forgot to mention the my brother and I first played on our own server first before skyblock, here are my oldest screen shots from back then XD

I am sorta new to the forums ish, I found this server by joining , someone advertised this server there, so here I am.

 

I was showed the "fallen kingdom" youtube video and minecraft pocket edition by my friend on her ipod. I then found Paulsoarsjr on youtube and decided to get the pc version of minecraft.

 

i.. found skyblock while searching "skyblock" on the internet...
i was originally going for singleplayer skyblock, but den i found this great server...

 

I found Minecraft when my friend showed me a Youtube video of spleef, that was the first I ever heard of MC, so he showed me the game and I luved it ^_^

I found skyblock.net while roaming through the MC forums. It was the first server I really dedicated a lot of my time to, and I guess I just really got into it.

 

I found .org and .net when i searched up skyblock

 

Yai, First page, well, I just watched youtube videos found skyblock by paulsoares jr, searched servers, and now here I am

well i first found minecraft free download on a website
then i checked out minecraft (the original page)
and it looked crap
a few years later
it looked popular
so i got the demo (xbox 360)
and bought the game (xbox 360) and then got minecraft(pc)
and then got PE
then i discovered skyblock.net 2 weeks after i got minecraft(pc)
i saw vids of skyblock so then i looked for a skyblock server
and it was skyblock.net it was so good
hope this makes sense

 

I was over at one of my friends house and saw this thing called Minecraft on the Xbox Live store.
A couple of months later I downloaded it for MY xbox and we played it for my birthday.

 

I can't fully remember but I'm pretty sure a friend told me.

I first heard about MineCraft a little before the Xbox version came out. My friend was talking about it coming out, and he seemed pretty excited, so I downloaded the Xbox version the second day it was out. A little later, I started hearing about how much better some people thought the PC version was than the Xbox. Finaly I desided to buy it. Skyblock is like the 4th server I found out about. My laptop doesn't run Singleplayer well, so I just played servers. I looked up a bunch of servers and tried them all out. But I just couldn't stay away from Skyblock. After every server I tried, I went right back to Skyblock. I eventually had about 15 servers saved, but I had played Skyblock more than all the other servers combined. Now, i have about 4 servers saved, but don't even play them.

Bottom Line Is:
SKYBLOCK IS AWESOME!
