    It may look like a lot, but if you want to be mod (I'm guessing you do) it has to be constant. I try to do this every day as much as I can. Consistency is the key ;)

    I know this may sound bad, but the more it drags out, the least effective i find the help. I like to go in, solve the issue, and let the person get on with it and always tell them to msg me if they ever need help again. I offer to report for them, give them links and stuff. I take no more than 10 minutes. If this was a mod situation, the issue probably would have resolved faster: no only because of the tools they have, but the amount of other people that need help.
