I had this question a few days ago but i've forggoten to sign up to Skyblock Fourms and post this question its not urgent but I would just like to know if anyone can help me.

 

Most mods arew allowed such as optifine and Minimap mods, most mods like Xray and stuff are of no use either. but no hacking such as flying or teleporting ect.

and tree cpacitor shouldent work Multiplayer but i would say its not illegal.

Pretty much what everyone else said. It isn't that the mods aren't necessarily "allowed", it is just that the server doesn't recognize and use them, so they will not work.

 

Better sprint is allowed right?

All mods that improves the render are aloud and only affect the client. Mods like not enough items are not fully functional in servers. Mods that add blocks arr useless. Ones that operate and are hacks may be illegal.

I only use mods that add blocks, are NEI, or is Optifine, I know nothing of Smart Moving.

 

Basically this. Use your judgement. If one of your mods relates to something on the list, then it applies in that category. Most mods won't even work, but for things like nodus, refer to this and things that don't affect gameplay you don't have to worry about them.
