No they could do anything that a regular mod can do just not interfere with any other mods appeals. Yo are taking my suggestion into a complete different direction

 

No its not :L:L forum mods arnt mods in any server which actually makes a huge difference.

 

The purpose for the forum mod is to let mods moderate the server they were chosen to moderate and not spend any unessasary time on the forums
