so i was temporarily banned for 3h for auctioning papers with 2 enchants on them

i earlier was asking a mod if that is legal he said yes and also confirmed it later(see the screenshot attached)



made another auction and got temp banned (was told to cancel but i couldnt since you cant if it ran for a couple secs already, mods should actually know that...)

my complaint here is:

1. Theres no actual thread on the forums containing the Rules of the server(s)
2. Moderators actually dont seem to know the rules themselves(giving false info which might get you banned by a different mod)

there needs to be a thread containing the rules and moderators (if they want to be good mods) need to know them by heart. and enforce those rules and only those rules.

 

Do you remember the moderators online at the time? You shouldn't have been banned for auctioning an item that wasn't god enchanted.

 

Prozz and Mackle were on, North was too but I dont think he had perms

 

yes prozz and mack were online prozz said its legal and mack said its not.
actually also a bunch of players said "if its not god its legal" so the popular believe is that if its not god its legal

 

if the item has been enchanted with /enchant, and you cannot get them enchants from an enchanting table, then they are illegal to trade, sell, buy, give, or donate. you cannot get paper with them enchants from a table. i told you earlyer about this and after you asked ProzZHD he then Told you he was misheard.

well i wouldve canceld the auction but you cant after a while ... you should actually know this

 

i told you to cancel the auc before the half way mark. (the time u can cancel by)

 

Technically, even if you think the mods rule is bogus, listen to them. You are always supposed to listen to staff. If you don't, we have the right to ban for not listening. Afterwards, report it to an admin. I think it is funny how you are saying mods should know the rules, because if anything mods know the rules before players via the staff section. I was taken off guard when you said .org mods don't know the rules, that is not true. Just say that there was a misunderstanding, and think before you make a thread title.

 

i dont know when you told me, also i was possible typing at that time. you basically banned me for getting false info

i also wonder why 2 mods said its legal before you enter the convo and your the one saying its not ? what if i ask a mod one day and the other day i get banned due to getting false info ?

i dont think its bogus i just think its bogus different mods telling me different info.
and in the thread title it doesnt say mods "not knowing" them its actually saying "knowing them"

and i tried to listen to mods but i couldnt cancle anymore i tried, im sorry i dont have proof for that since im not running fraps or someting all the time

 

well know you know and understand, its a 3 hour temp ban. i was light. maybe now you wont auc illegal items. locking thread.

You didn't listen to the mods, that is the main reason as to why you were temp banned. We know you had a little misunderstanding. Please do not appeal for tempbans. Locking.
