im know unbanned not from the server but from the forums but my mom explained it to you it wasn't a chargeback we did everything right we just took one back because he did not get his donor ship then tried it again so it wasn't a chargeback so why cant you unban I really want to get unbanned I miss skyblock so much I miss my island I miss everything about it so why cant you unban

 

and my mom already charged mine back so we fixed it so can you unban me

 

ive been board all weekend can u unban please we explained it wasn't a chargeback we fixed it what is the problem with unbanning me this is just a little problem their is so many people that greif and stuff that you don't catch and I didn't do that I never did i'm loyal on skyblock why cant you unban me why aren't you answering

The owner of this server is extremely busy with life let alone Skyblock. I do apologize for a delayed response, but I am sure he will be here soon enough.

Ok so I have been busy lately and I haven't had time to answer all the emails so sorry for that.

Just so I can get this clear in my head as I am a bit confused at the moment reading all these replies, you donated for your daughter and she received her donor rank instantly and when you donated for your son he didn't get his rank instantly so you decided to take back the money and re-buy it and he got it instantly then a week later he got banned?

 

no my daughter got banned for it even though I had nothing to do with it

 

Hi CypriotMerks! This is Aleena's Mom. Thank you so much for your reply. You were the person I tried so hard to get a hold of (frantically to be honest) therefore, I'm happy to hear from you. To answer your question, yes! you had it all correct except for the very last bit. To clarify, yes I donated for my daughter 1st and she instantly got her donor rank. Immediately after donating for my daughter, Aleena. I donated for my son and we patiently waited up to 3 days to get his donor rank which NEVER happened. During those 3 days, I tried so hard to reach out to you via emails and forwarding of receipts to prove donations were made yet only 1 donor rank was received. After, no response from you or anyone to help, I called to have the charge reversed on the credit card and paid AGAIN for another donorship with a different credit card for my son and immediately he received his donor rank. At this point, I had 2 children with donor ranks very happy & satisfied playing on skyblock. They absolutely LOVE your server! A few days after my son received his donor rank, my daughter(not my son) lost her donor rank and was banned???? Clearly we were very, very confused and didn't understand why? After her numerous attempts to get help and begging to play again, she was continuously accused of a "chargeback" by paying for donor ranking improperly (which was not truly the case). Yet again, we were at a loss of what to do as no one was helping. Can you please assist? My kids REALLY enjoy playing together on Skyblock and it has been very difficult in this household with only 1 of them allowed to play and the other one is not.
