i asked is witch spawners were illegal on the server but no one seemed to know so i thought i would ask it here. so are witch spawners illegal?

From my knowledge, witch spawners are not illegal. They are simply unattainable now, like blaze spawners and such.

 

but i thought that donors could change spawners to anything

 

Donors have certain mobs that they can change spawners to. Witch is not included.

 

Witch Spawners are not illegal, they just cannot be obtained anymore, and are thus "rare". Any existing witch spawners will continue to spawn witches, but no new ones can be placed.
