2h - 6h, usually most moderators are offline when I am online, which leads to why there is need for a mod at that time period to help the community
Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
Yes, I was a moderator on Mousehunt on Facebook, but not a moderator in Minecraft

ORIGINAL APPLICATION:
Firstly, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for spending your precious time reading this application. Your hard work is really appreciated by me, and I wish I could chip in and help moderate skyblock.net to relieve some weight off your shoulders.

I would like to introduce myself - I am iNBK Enderchew, a skyblock player living in Singapore, GMT+8. While playing skyblock.net, I have noticed the lack of watch by moderators especially in my timezone. Almost half of the time, its just all players playing without moderators, and when there were dire needs for a moderator to help, there was none. Therefore, I have decided to step forward, and help the community in this way open to me. Firstly, keep in mind that I am in GMT+8. Most moderators are either in Europe, America or Australia, and as you know, the timezone is different from all three regions. It has come to my attention that GMT +8, rarely has moderators online. I hope that through this application, I would be the community's light, one that they can look to when in need of help. I wish to guide them, help them out, especially when they need it most. These problems keep arising due to a lack of a moderator in my timezone, and I would love and gladly offer my services. I speak in English and Chinese. I am very sociable, approachable and friendly.

I'm going to be pretty honest here, I admit I was banned from another skyblock server for alleged griefing of the spawn point. However, I never did it, but the logs somehow pointed the blame at me, so I got banned. However, I would not point fingers at the owner of modernskyblock.net for an unjust ban for it is part of his job to protect his server from griefers and it was a mere part of his job. I am no longer banned on his server as the misconception was cleared and I was innocent.

Why should I deserve being a mod? I am an avid fan of skyblock and I love helping people. I believe that Faith, Service, and Community - these three values - are most important. Faith - to have faith in the potential of each and every Skyblock player. Service - to give back to the community that you enjoyed being with. Community - the happiness and thoughts of players are very important and each should be respected equally, donor or not. You can see where I'm getting at. My decisions, my life, my thoughts and actions are always based on these three values, which helps me become a better servant leader. These values have taught me to put the needs of the community before the needs of self. After all, everyone is born to give life, and in that mindset and analogy of the three values that makes me have this strong willpower and determination give back to the community and serve them. I did not apply to be mod for the commands, but for the sake of giving back to the community and serving those in need.

At the timings I play skyblock.net, there is no moderators there. I feel most helpless especially when players are desperately asking assistance from a mod, with regards of their island being griefed, or getting scammed etc. As I mentioned earlier in my introduction, I wish to be the light for the players, one that helps them in their darkest moments. I wish to help every single one of the skyblock players in areas that they require assistance in. I hope to be there, dutifully taking over other mods when they did their fair share of moderating, especially in the shift where most of the moderators are offline. I also applied because of one word - Community. I care about the community, and I want to help the community in every way possible, be it moderators and players.

Well, I have to admit, I'm quite an active player in skyblock.net. I can play for 2h - 6h in this server, usually at the times where most moderators are offline, which brought about my cause for concern over the community. Most moderators are from US, Europe and Australia. However, there are none from my region. I wish to be the bridge, that takes on the connective shift where most mods are offline so as to ensure that each and every skyblock players has their needs settled. Experiences as a moderator? Well in minecraft, no. But in other major game companies, yes. I used to work as a moderator for mousehunt on facebook, but however, what I would like to say is that you shouldn't consider accepting my application of being a moderator because of my past-moderator experiences or my achievements, but because of my care for the community around us.

Therefore, I hope that you would consider my application to be a moderator for this server. I too believe, that I should be given the chance to help the community of players on skyblock.net.

Lastly, I would like to thank you for making skyblock.net for being such a wonderful place to be in. I hope that you would accept my application to be a moderator, not because of my achievements, but because of my wish, my passion, and my devotion to serve and to help the community. You have my word for it, and I will never go back on my words.

This application blew me out of the water. I am having a hard time judging your actual contribution, as your timezone hasn't given me much of a chance to interact with you, but judging alone from your application (I particularly enjoyed the extended version), I see absolutely no reason to believe that you would not be a great asset to the Skyblock.net community, and the staff team that keeps it over water.
