I wasn't online for the world reset and i didnt know that i was supposed to take screenshots of my spawners from my donor rank in order to get them back after a reset happened that i didnt know what going to happen. I was out of town dealing with my husbands(zenwidjet) mother who was ill and passed away. I asked mod Livvy for my spawners back and they are saying i cant get them back without proof i owned them.... what about the $100.00 donor rank i have it comes with 2 spawners. same with my husband Zenwidjet he also have the $100.00 donor rank and should have 2 spawners too.
I also had another question about the kits. I was going to buy another kit, at least the cobble kit, and i was wondering if the two kits would conflict. I have been on servers where you can only claim 1 kit a day even with multiple set up

 

world reset????

 

i thought there was a reset cause when i came back the island my husband and i were playing on was completely gone.

 

was there not a reset? if not then what happened to our island?

 

There was a reset a while back on .ORG

 

the reset on .org was about 6 months ago i think. or it seems like 6 months or even longer tbh

i dont usually play .net but as far as i know, there hasn't been a major island reset. i don't know what you are thinking about?

 

well, my husband and i were MIA for a couple months while dealing with his mother being ill. Is there an automatic island reset if the player hasnt been on in x amount of time?

 

not that i know of, CypriotMerks is there an automatic island reset after a certain amount of time? i have a slight memory of an old post saying inactive islands will be deleted after 1 month to help with lag but i don't know if it is still around?

With no evidence you will not be able to retrieve your spawners.

I had 2 spawners.
@ Proz I didn't know that I would need "proof" of items that come as a donor perk. I didn't know my island would be deleted. When we left we didn't expect to be gone as long as we were. I was more worried about my mother in-law than a game. Doesn't really seem fair that i would lose my items i paid $100 for because we had a sick family member. We ended up staying much longer than we first expected to, when she passed away we stayed to get her house, and other things in order. I have tried to get in touch with Noobcrew but i have not heard back from him. I had them set up on my island and again i didn't know i had to have "proof" of something i got when donating.

 

Are you just concerned with the 2 spawners? Y'all have been through a lot it seems. If you message me in-game, I'll give you 2 spawners.
