I must admit it is a smart thing to do, however it is unfair to other players who have also made an application.
There's no direct rule about bumping applications, it's hardly unfair as everyone can bump their own apps. I mean they should be bumped when they hit the second or third page. I've seen people be accepted for mod and the app was on the last page. Anyway I'm not spamming his app with stuff that everyone should already know. While I'm here I shall offer some advice. Qualification means what are you qualified for moderator wise, not building or command wise; you wont touch MCEdit as a mod. I would highly recommend re-doing the last question, you're pretty much begging and I'd run your application through spellcheck. Not trying to offend you or anything. Goodluck dude.
