I am an Admin on two or so Servers i have moderate experience with Server details and i am able to run a server i am developing a server with 10 others on a private server [in-game friends] im friends with Oliseb100 Imtubless Megamilkshake, eliadr, jimvd [what accounts do u have] i am Registered with several different Server Websites including KotWS, KATR, and i used to be registered with planet minecraft [what experience do you have?] i have been an Admin on two Servers for about 2 years now im also helping develop 2 other servers in real life i also babysit a 7 year old i work at pizza hut and i make and sell jewelry [why should you be a TMOD] Because im an able Builder and im Empathetic and I help anyone who needs it. specifically Griefed or scammed People so on and so on im a current Admin on two other Servers as well so I know how complicated it can get and how patient and calm you must be. [My thoughts] I know how to run a Server on my own i can manage over 250 People at any one given time, my understanding of the Server and its qwerks have grown of late, and i agree with most of the Staff, im a trust-able Guy and i am easy to co-operate with. i can handle most situations calmly and i have never been Banned from a Server. [Extra information]i am Registered with Planet MC. i have never asked a Admin or other for Ranks. i have Donated to four other Servers. and im a skilled Counselor, and no stranger to bad luck and do not argue with higher or equal Ranks. [What i have learned from my years as Admin] i have learned that you Do need to be cautious and considerate about what you say while sorting out issues while i have not shown this to members of this forum that knowledge is present im sure that anyone who's on this server and is a admin/mod on another can agree when i say this its extremely difficult to get used to people not believing you when you say something or telling you something you know more about all i care about when it comes to ranks is "what can i do for the server how can i make it better" not "what can i do now with my new privileges i will continue to try to agree with the members and any staff i do not see eye to eye with. [why do i deserve to become a Tmod] well truthfully i understand that being a mod-T mod means you need a balance between experience and attitude while at the moment mine is at 45% experience and 55% attitude it is only because i am still re-adjusting to the fact that if my friend gets greifed i cant do anything to help and when i see someone say "WHAT THE F%@#! I'VE BEEN GREIFED!!" all i can do is ask a mod to help when I'd rather help then right then and there. And frankly when someone with no rank what so ever starts telling me I've done something wrong or i haven't done enough of one thing it only annoys me because i already know
well yeah coz if your not then you cannot speak and saying elaborate will only anger people you cant just say one word and hope this total stranger will know what you mean i have 2 years administrative experience so sorry if i dont elaborate. Your responses to other forum members are often quite curt and I am not sure I am comfortable with how you will integrate KoTWS issues into your moderation duties. How you interact with people (allbeit on an internet forum) needs to be consistent and responses more diplomatic/mature. If I feel that I have been too harsh, I will review my position, but until then I do not support. As for the application, it is ok, so in the interests of fairness, I will wish you good luck. Maybe include what sorts of duties you do on other servers, day to day problem solving etc... Also, what have you learnt from doing it? Remember, the people reviewing this may not know you on the other servers, so you cannot assume they know what you are capable of. I hope that has been constructive.
sorry for my attitude before i was and still under alot of stress and am seeing 3 counselors a week but i do understand what you are saying but when someone who has no rank gos and says something completely stupid like [Elaborate] which only serves to confuse and annoy the other person it really angers me so please next time you do this understand where their anger comes from oh and seeing how long KotWS has been running and me being an Admin at that time and still being able to manage both my rank and the guild being a MOD cant be any more difficult and be-careful what you say to people because you might need their help later on and they might just decide not to help you
Like I said, the decision whether or not to change your mod app is all up to you. Although you have quite a few points already, they are pretty much the same points as other mod apps. To become a mod, yours must stand out from the others.
