You and your members destroyed this island, others looted all the dirt, and you, well just the melon stem but thats still griefing.
Actually, that was my factions old island. When we made a new home, it was still there. You cant grief yourself.
Explain how would it be old if it was done today? also it looks like it was owner by some1 named zidramos

When someone leaves their island, and all that jazz I believe it deletes their old one. I do not support an unban.
Whatever. This is unbelivable. What I said was when an island is deleted, and the player makes a new island, it is placed in the same spot. However, it only deletes a certain area to be sure that no one eles island is affected. Ergo, that island would be left. How do I know more about the plugin than you? Do your time check thing on our island and then that area. Nanes should be Gallarado13, Haigani, Deathspell55555, Yoshibob, and Hunter8990. See. Proof I own it.
Oh and BTW even if I DID do that, its not griefing. Grifing is when you place random lava and hard to break blocks like obsidean everywhere. And spleefing is randomly breaking blocks. Even if we stole that island (which we diddnt) we built useful things on it. Jesus. Plus, your guys' english is that of a third grader. Just saying.

We refer to griefing as "any action which destroys or ruins another's property". I'm quite positive many other people, even not from this server, would agree with me. Spleefing is something entirely different. It's a game, it has nothing to do with taking or breaking another person's property. Either way, RetirementPlan is right, when you make a new island, the old one always deleted and replaced in a 50x50 area. How would the island "still be left" if it's supposed to be deleted? I can't see that happening unless the owner of the island didn't join your new co-op. which, in that case, it'd be a grief unless that person okay'd it. Here's what I suggest. If you can find the owner of this "griefed island", prove it to Crusaderboy, and have them say it was okay, I'll believe you and support an unban. If not, this appeal will go nowhere. Threats will get you nowhere. Neither will disrespect towards staff members. Indeed, it just proves your attitude is rotten and you shouldn't be unbanned either way. I understand you're frustrated, but handling things the mature way is always the thing to do.
