I think donors should have the privilege of placing hoppers because we are less likely to grief with them and we can place them for non donors as well so that we can make automatic farms. What do you guys think?

if you only allow like 100 donors and up, then it would be very unlikely that people will get hopper greifed.

 

No... Donors are actually a very large majority in grief cases. When hoppers were around, they were the major players, as any donor with fly could easily get to another's island and look through their chests for stuff they wanted. No support and locking.
