What exactly is the policy on chargebacks?(If and when they are legal, and other stuff)

 

Actually, you can't say donation. Unless you are actually giving the money to charity and not making a profit. Correct me if i'm wrong, but you are not an official charity.

 

can you copy paste the section of the law that states i am not allowed to chargeback?

 

and no "its morally wrong" because this isnt going to some save the children, but some minecraft server. i would NEVER EVER chargeback an actual charity.

 

technically, the law does state i can have it back. i did not receive what i asked for.

That is the list of items you get for $100. before i got banned, i didnt have pets,spawnmob or access to change my username.

 

you are false advertising. i payed for those extra 3 things.

 

also, thats like a guy selling you a hat but after you break a law that the hat seller made up, he'll steal it from you.

again, to my hat analogy. lets say i buy a hat that says "new york" on it. then, because lots of people are abusing the lettering on the hat, the seller goes to my house and sews of the letter.

 

im not talking about being banned. also, people get chargebacks all the time and you do nothing, so.

Noobcrew removed those because of extreme cases where he had to do so. He has every right to remove any perks from the donation list. Heck, he doesnt have to give you s*** if he doesnt want to.
