Kit $10 donor not recived

    So on 11/27/13 at around 9 o'clock I bought the $10 donor on Skyblock. Sadly, after waiting 12 hours I have not revived my kit. I did log out of Minecraft though and that may be the problem I have attached my receipt. Please help me or help me gut a full refund. By the way my IGN is butter910ish. Please help ASAP.
