I went to someone's island and there was a dispenser with cocoa beans but i'm not sure. There was a lever on it and i flicked it a few times but I did not meant to harm anybody with it.

 

That's not what I am seeing. You were banned for looting a chest, not a dispenser, and no coco beans were taken.
