Hello. I sometimes have a problem with respawning after MA. On a few occasions I have spawned just off the island and fallen to my death. A few times I have lost all items received in the MA. I should say that I am on my daughters island (timtam1970 and she invited me there). Once or twice it appears that I have respawned inside the island and died as well.

I am just trying to see if this is a "normal" glitch and as they say "poo happens" or if I have done something wrong and how to fix it.

yes this happens to me to sometimes, and on my old island it happened quite a lot, so all advice I can give you atm is to /home if you see your falling, good luck

This happens quite often due to lag, you have a window of about 7 seconds to do /home before you die.

 

Another thing one can do is perhaps fortify your spawn location on the island, I've noticed when it within blocks from the edge, there is a higher chance of you lagging through.

 

Jason, if you don't want/have time to type /home and you may/will type something like //home or /ohme. I typed /home in the chat and copied it. When I was falling I just clicked Ctrl V. I hope it helped

 

Thanks. To everyone. I will try "paste" If I get the chance. I will also try to fortify the spawn point. Lost a few items a couple of times that the kids could have used lol. It's my reason for playing mostly. Get things for them when they are not online and work allows.

One complaint I have to make is the minecraft music. God it can sound so lonely and make the island feel so empty when my children are not there LOL. In it's defense it certainly creates a mood.
