Your first app was good. Add more details, the main questions are qualifications and why you deserve mod. If you leave out the qualifications you almost have no chance.

Although you copied my app and whatever I'll give you 75% support.

50% Because I supported you before and you left out the qualifications.

25% Because of all the no supports your getting.
