Asking Admins/Moderators to read, decreases your chance by ALOT, and you have a VERY VERY slim chance if you do. Don't ask them to read it. For this, I do not support.
Still, spamming your own application and trying to get people to read it makes your app go from 10% (it's not very good) to -100000%
