I do not recall playing with Moopuff.... I would like to know what Moopuff is saying I did as I do not recall the player. I also do not steal or destroy things on multiplayer. I have assisted other players when they ask me to help them with things such as turning their obsidian back to lava because I am a donor but that was their request and their obsidian. This is the only thing I can think of which could be seen as destruction but I do not think this was the case for Moopuff. 7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? Never. This is why I am concerned and want to know what the scenario is. Even if I can not get unbanned as I did something against a rule unknowingly then I can know what it is to not do it again 8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I just like to play the game and help others to build things. I want to know what the concern is so I can understand and reply. Hello Aaron. Firstly, you did not grief my island. Someone else asked to log block there island as they were griefed. You name came up many times both in looting chests and griefing. Secoundly, I recommend not mentioning you're a donor as the staff see it as bribery Thirdly, don't lie in your appeal. Will you confess or will I have to bring out the evidence?
I am sorry if my appeal offended you. I am new to this and did not realise the name on the screen was not the originator but a skybock staff member. I am not lying, and more than happy to apologise for something I have done wrong. I am just trying to understand the concern or if someone has hacked my account please. So yes, please give me some more information/description of who/what/when would be helpful. This is my favorite server and I just want to know what I did - looting chests and griefing? The only chests i have looked in was my best friends so if you are telling me there are many cases I believe I may need cancel my account. I want to re-read the rules but you can only get them on the server. My friend logged in and we can not find them to review either. Can you please tell me where I can find the rules again so I can re-read them?
Hello Moopuff Firstly, this is Aaron's father....Aaron has now brought this to my attention. He is very distressed and upset at this situation and assures me that this was not done by him. Aaron was actually with me and did not have access to a computer during the time indicated on the screen shots. If Aaron was not at a computer during this time how can this occur? Do you know the IP address of the computer playing at this time? Secondly, Aaron did not 'lie' in his appeal as you stated and I am quite frankly offended that you would insinuate as such. Surely you could have provided the evidence and allowed an explanation BEFORE you accused someone of being a 'liar'. Aaron has always played the game in good spirit, good faith and with good intentions. If Aaron did these things intentionally why would he go through this appeal process and try so hard to get back on the server? Thirdly, this may happen to people such as yourself frequently so I guess I can understand your skepticism but Aaron has previously been in tears because someone has stolen his things before and would not intentionally do this to someone else. Due to how upset Aaron is and how important it is to him I am appealing to have him able to be allowed back on the server. I am concerned that someone has now gained access to Aaron's account and will be taking action accordingly.
Hello there. Aaron's account is his problem. If he lets someone use it or is not secure enough then the staff have to take relevant action to insure that his account doesn't get taken over again and end up ruining the sky block experience for other players. We need to keep the server fun, and if people are not abiding by the rules then we deal with it. I am also offended on how you think I have treated your son unfairly in not showing evidence beforehand. In ban appeal, if the offender denies doing the act then I usually give them a chance to own up if I have sufficient evidence to back up myself up. I apologise if I have offended you but your son has to have more control over his account. Also how will Aaron prevent this from happening again? What action will you take?

This assumes someone guilty of lying and bribery before letting them try to explain. As I said, I can understand your skepticism as you have probably been through this many times before. What if someone has had no experience with ban appeal before and is new to Minecraft? Moving on......It seems you have quite some experience with Minecraft so I would like to ask you what is required for securing his account. He has not given his password to anyone. I believe we have the appropriate security measures on his computer. Could this be a security issue with the servers he goes on? How do we know whether this was someone using his computer or being done by someone who has hacked his account from somewhere else. This is all new to Aaron and myself but I believe my first step would be to change the password on his account but I would very much appreciate your feedback to prevent this happening again.
We will see if we can get an ip check. I would however like to remind you that I am not the one who has committed the crime. Your son is in charge of his account, I am not the one who has committed the crime. Stating you are a donor is seen as 'paying for an unban'. Do you think that players should be able to carry on griefing or breaking rules and getting away with it because they donated. I am not referring directly to your son in this statement but you have to understand how we as staff see this. I am the person who will decide weather Aaron gets unbanned or not and so I would prefer some respect because so far all I have heard is complaint about how I state things and my moderating. Once we get an ip check we can take relevant action. For now I can suggest changing Aaron's password.
Please understand at no point did we intend to indicate we thought it was OK for anyone to do something wrong because they donate or that this be a reason to unban. We referred to the example above as it was the only time we could identify where Aaron did anything to something of someone else's. This was due to a request from the player on their island. We did not mean to indicate anything other than this. We also did not mean to imply we thought you committed any sort of crime. Actually we believe the opposite. We appreciate your role and that individuals should be banned if they are not playing in good faith. As we believe we have been - we need more information in order to put appropriate precautions in place - besides changing his password. In fact all we want is for Aaron to be able to play safely. We agree the account is our accountability which is why we have asked the questions we have to date. We have previously checked with IT specialists that we have adequate security on our computers so if we get confirmation regarding the IP address we can revisit this. On that note, the_dirty_ninja's reply seemed to indicate certain websites may keylog you. Are there any mindcraft sites which this is known to occur so we can ensure they are avoided?
(information about this) I know some information about this Some Minecraft servers have plugins and sometimes the plugins are custom when they are customised plugins it can basically do anything... there are many cases where people have been hacked through a server when you login to a server it uses your passwords. so some plugins and a popular one MineCash is a Password taker. Maybe he went on another server with that plugin when on server i suggest doing /pl if you find that plugin well they know your password know and try to not go on that server again Also Migrate your account Mojang Account because this way the servers will not know your email to login and it will be required by 1.7 to have a migrated account so good luck with your appeal hope i helped i had experience with this as well but my password got changed... What if you are not his father and you are just acting? Although I believe you are his father. Faking being hacked. We do not know if you have been hacked. Even if you were hacked it is none of our business. Your account is your responsibility. Not ours. Its not that I don't trust you, it's that I don't trust anybody. 2: If you are lying, listen up. Tell the truth, all of the truth. Nothing but the truth. When you tell the truth, our staff members typically accept your appeal as it generally makes our jobs easier with you telling us the the truth. Again, this is only if you are lying.
