5. Why do YOU think you were banned? My friends and I found an unprotected area far under spawn and we decided to build a little place.

8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? Even though I understood griefing was against the rules, I didn't realize that building anywhere but your island is against the rules. We were just having some fun making something of our little "discovery," and no one was really caused "grief" by us doing so. It was almost like a little community event, lots of people enjoyed our little spot, and no one's original creation was destroyed. In the future I will be more careful about where I craft, and keep the building to my island.

In my experience griefing is when you do something to annoy other players or destroy their work, such as if you blew up their building. By building in that unprotected building I did not cause anyone grief, in fact a lot of players enjoyed the building, it became a small community event and many people were there hanging out and adding to it. But now I realize that even though this was fun, it may be a nuisance to moderators to take it down, and I now understand that griefing can include building in random unprotected areas. I did not mean to cause any type of negative disturbance and I wish the best for the server.
