If there was no signature on the ban message, we have to find the person who banned you. Try to give as much information about the event as possible. If you lie, or withhold anything, it will be hard to find the mod and you'll probably be denied. So be as honest as possible and make sure you try to let us know all the context.
You were most likely banned by our anti-cheat plugin. If you by any chance are using a hacked client such as Nodus or any equal "Hack/Griefing" client; I suggest uninstalling it completely before re-joining the server.
