Are you sure you spelt your name right when purchasing the ingots and enchantment table. or did you buy them all at once?
yes I bought them at the same time and also I have the /pet thing on and I can't remove my pet when I try it says access denied
/pet remove it is not broken it got removed because of a glitch and would never be added back until the glitch is fixed.
Do u have screenshot of the receipt or payment that it was approved maybe they can give you your things if they see proof and maybe they might give you your items if that doesn't work i am sorry
