I lost allot more than whats just in these screenshots. Sleepy teloported me to the island and its like, gone. go to the chords yourself and check it. I'd like to get reimbursed if thats possible.

did the island spawn in the middle of your island, or was this outside of your build limit?

 

In the middle. It deleted the main bedrock spawn... thingy

 

IF you look in the backround of the beacon theres like a water thing, if you travel to current cooridantes you can place where my spawn was in correlation to where the new island spawned

 

The grass pillar was where I spawned, I put down water there so I wouldnt die if I was falling when I did /home

and then losing it all. and perverted kitty gave me most of the stuff for free :/ He litteraly has a double chest of iron

 

Can someone please give me some help on this subject it feels like this is being ignored.

 

Seriously, it's been 15 days and Ive received barely any help, ive pm'd about 6-7 different mods/admins about this subject and only Pein has replied.

I apologize for the lack of help in this matter NotDylan, but we're unsure how to go about dealing with this. Something like this can't be rolled back, and at the same time, if someone else lives there, we don't know how to set them to a different home at a new island.

please check this out, I feel bad about him losing all those valuables, and i don't want to see another player rage quit because of not getting refunded because of a bug

I'm glad to answer any questions, im sorry for the impatience it's just that it was a lot of stuff you know. there's no one living on the newisland that spawned on top of my island, the owner was banned because he went and rubbed salt in the wound and bridge to the remaining parts of the island that had been unafected. And obviously since it spawned on my spawn it also means none of my coop's (included creeper) are living on that island.

 

The issue still remains that should that player ever get unbanned, we need to make sure their spawn point is back at spawn, otherwise they'll end up at your island. This is probably something for CypriotMerks. Maybe SLG, if he can figure out how to do it.

 

I'm not sure I follow, what is it your trying to accomplish?
