a few days ago i tried to buy kit spawner but after i payed i went back to the skyblock page and said 404 not found, i waited 30 mins and i still didnt have it so i tried again waited 20 miniutes and tried again and i still had the same problem i made a thread about it but no one helped and the billing came through and i payed for each one please could i get a refund and kit spawner, if you do not that is fraud and i will report your server

just wait and you should post all three of the email of the bill for proof and maybe you should wait a little longer.
and you cant sue them give them time to read this

First of all, it is a DONATION not a purchase do you can't sue the server. Second of all, if you don't provide proof then the staff team can't help you about it.
