PervertedKittyz1 or Kittyz was doing a trade, so you decided to take his 1 gold chest plate and 2 gold helmets. He even told you to stop and leave, but you refused.

I will ask you again, why did you take his gold chest plate and 2 gold helmet? (If you attempt to lie I will not accept this appeal.)

 

To be honest swearing on my life and single persons life that i know, i took gold leggings and gold boots and god stone. that is every item i took. i did this think that it was my stuff becuase mine was taking at the same time. Ask larrythe something 101 he is a mod and witness of my stuff being stolen. I thought what i was doing was retrievieng back my stolen goods. When i was kicked i asked Ashrob97 (my partner) to return it as i realised it was the wrong stuff.

You could have asked me to help you out. You knew people were trading in that room, Kittyz was telling you to leave, but you chose to take the stuff when he was trading with people. Your story makes no sense, you said you got scammed, but how did you get scammed in the same room kittyz was? He was there before you. You came inside and took his stuff. If you were retrieving your stuff back you should have checked in the room you traded before, so what your saying is somehow all the stuff got into the chest kittyz was trading, so you decided to take it even though it wasn't in the same room you traded in?
