Looks ok to me, maybe a little more detail on what personal characteristics/qualifications you have. Remember, you may know you have a certain trait, though the guys on here don't know you, so unless you say it, they won't know. What did you do on those servers? what experience did you gain? I feel I am the perfect guy for the job because I am able to have serious moment while keeping everything moving. My traits are I am a born leader I always love to lead and do it well. I also am very helpful anyone on the server will receive help if it is within my means. While working on other servers I gained the knowledge of responsibility to a server as a staff member. Now I know the struggle it is to keep a server running smoothly so I wont give up or disappear when you all need help. I feel working on other sky block servers as staff made me a different person because now I know what needs to be done in order to have one of the best servers out there.
