I'd like to point out that:
You should not "think" that you know your age.
You should know your time zone, if you know what country you live in. Also, "'straya" is not necessary. Use Australia.
You claim you can speak "inglish", a somewhat contradictory statement.
Being "speshul" is not a reason to be a moderator.
Regarding qualifications, if you do believe you have "all of dem", please elaborate.
I doubt you can be on the server for 24 hours a day. This implies that you do not sleep, eat, or, at 15, go to school.

Those are some things you might want to edit and elaborate on. More detail in general couldn't hurt either. Other than that, good luck.
