The ban would seem to be correct given the information the moderators had at the time, but with full knowledge of the situation the ban is incorrect to my understanding of the rules. 7. I have never been banned previously on a skyblock server. 8. Tonight, July 27, 2013, I was banned from the skyblock server on the grounds that I had been island harvesting. I would now like to appeal said ban. While my island did receive the sand, I was unaware of the source. A member of the server, MarkWendell I believe, kindly asked if anyone would allow him to join them. I agreed, and let him onto my island. After a few minutes, he started showing up with some sand. I did not think much of it at the time because he had told me of a warp at which I could kill cows and skeletons. Believing the sand to be legitimately obtained, I did auction off three pieces that had been transformed into glass and used another three to expand my cactus farm. Had I known he was island harvesting, I would have thrown away the sand or reported the incident. However, I was not aware of what was happening. If my memory serves, I gained about 400-500 skybucks from the auctioning of glass which I will gladly lose/repay if I can get back on the server. Thank you for your time and your wonderful staff.
