An hour ago someone was spamming me with "coop invite." I thought this was a buying-selling coop or something, so I typed coop accept. Then - bam - I'm off my island and at a new default island.

I am attaching a screenshot showing the spam.

I never thought that I would be off my island like that. I've worked for many days, and had about a 30 x 30 island, farms, a dozen chests, even gold from the auction and a diamond from being super lucky when voting. I have a few screenshots of my island. I sure hope it's not all gone.

If anyone can help me with this, I'd be very grateful and will help you out in any way I can. Thank you!

 

Update: Someone suggested I try /coop leave, then type /home. Now, I get a message that says "Error. You do not have an island." I spent at least 60 hours building my island and in a flash it's all gone?

 

When you join a coop your island gets destroyed, you can not have 2 islands D:

 

First, there is no mention of this anywhere. I thought I was visiting someone else's island. Third, there should be a massive warning, something to the effect that "YOUR ISLAND IS ABOUT TO BE DESTROYED. ARE YOU SURE/ Y/N" There is no such and I was being spammed at the time (24 TIMES in 1 MINUTE by Teen_Melon (this is from the Minecraft client log stored on my computer:

Lol U Should've read it properly it said Teen_Melon HAS INVITED YOU to join a co-op!

 

I'm sorry to be the official bearer of bad news, but, Once you Remove yourself from Ownership of your island, To join another island, Yours no longer exists. If you were wanting to Visit an island, it would have been a TP Request, not a Co-op Invitation.

I know its hard to think straight when spammed by a Request like that, but, you can always just Tell the person No, Decline the Invitation, or inform a Mod of the spam, and they can do something about it if they are online.
