Please help me. I am the mother of an 8 year old boy who has been playing on the Skyblock servers. I monitor his playing so I don't think he's done anything wrong. But, this week he was "griefed" and his entire house was damaged and he lost most of his stuff. He's been busy trying to rebuild. Then, today, he can't get back into the server. He's very upset. I read that some people had restricted diamond blocks and were banned. I know my son had some. He says he got them from a "friend" on the server. Has he been banned? What can I do? He's very upset about his losses and the possibility of being banned. Thank you.
If he is banned, it will tell him when he attempts to enter the game. "Banned: Possible Duping. Appeal at Skyblock.net" If they have proof of him duping, an unban is unlikely.
If he got them from a 'friend', he didn't do anything wrong. If he knows the username of the 'friend', he can tell a moderator, like TheJackLC, and they will fix it for him. As long as he didn't make the diamond blocks illegally, he should be fine.
When he logs on it says kicked for flying or related. Thank you to anyone who can help me. Zztheogzz, I really am his mother. He really is 8 years old. Ma'am I apologize for the inconvenience. But a few weeks ago a major duplication glitch was used on skyblock.net. And although your son probably didn't have anything to do with the actual duping, the people who just received the diamonds were also banned. (Because of the needed investigation) If he is actually banned from the duplication you will need to talk with an admin such as CypriotMerks or Noobcrew but could you please write the exact ban message? It would be a tremendous help
Absolutely. This is what it says: Kicked for flying (or related) I'll be honest, I have no idea why it's saying that. I have tried to enter the server on his behalf and I'm just walking. I asked on the minecraft forum and they directed me here when I said he was receiving that error. They said he's probably on a banned list. Them that someone invited others in who did the griefing. They were moving too fast ad he was far too upset to get their names. It was a rough day.
