I was recently banned for duping , I am aware that exploiting something like this is wrong but I was not doing it for the reasons you may have thought yes I could of tested it on another server but I decided to test it on skyblock , My friend Killercyborg needed to know it still worked in 1.6.1 for sure to be able to make a full report to Mojang. My friend Killercyborg has made a full report to Mojang and they confirmed in the next update the duping glitch would be fixed I didn't dupe to gain unfair advantage I did it to test if it worked for my friend to be able to report it. I learn of it from Ytst and was going to report to a mod(none was on) but thought reporting to Mojang would be a more permanent fix. Also knowing that the server was probably going to revert to a previous date once I heard they where giving the items away and duping way to many and if reported it on the forums the problem with that is then everyone can view it and potentially use it on other servers besides this one and I didn't want that so the best course of action was reporting it to Mojang. Here is some prove from Mojang that the report was made.....

I do wish to be pardoned. I fully realize I should have contacted a mod as soon as I discovered this issue but I was neglectful and I am truly regretful. I truly love this server and would never do something to ruin its experience. I hope you all can forgive my neglect. I hope one day to return to the server and enjoy all it has to offer.
I am unsure on how to get some sort of response. It seems other members that have been banned for the same thing have had mod input and yet none for mine. I have no idea what kind of standing I have or what I could say to get this appeal noticed. I imagine its against rules to beg or ask about my appeal anywhere else but here. Did I fill the appeal out wrong?
When will I know if my appeal is denied? It seems from no one Mod+ commenting that I wont be pardoned. Can I at least get a straight answer please. Its hard to believe after 100 views that no one Mod+ has anything to say. All of the other appeals regarding the dupe has many replies from Mod/Admins. I feel as I'm being ignored and all I want is to return to the server I love. I was very truthful and admitted to my fault. But i did not hand out dupped items and I did not dupe nearly as much as the other dupers. I only did so to test it. I provided prove that a report was made by my friend Killercyborg(Michael Wilton). It shows on the proof that it was private i could not get it from anyone but him. But if that isn't sufficient enough reason for my duping please let me know that my appeal has been denied. I am sorry that i did not tell Mod+ any sooner. And surly I will not break anymore rules. As I said before, I truly love this server and would never do something to ruin its experience. I hope you all can forgive my neglect.
Okay now whether or not this help's Marz's case of not I will give my input. Marz had two players constantly placing mob spawners over her statue and when asking the players in question about this they told Marz they were duping the items and they wouldn't reveal how. Now Marz however didn't want to know this glitch to be able to abuse it but to instead be able to report it which as you see from the screenshot itself I myself did as Marz was unaware of how to do such a thing. I officially reported this to Mojang and the issue has been fixed now due to Marz and I reporting it , This was the first mojang had heard of it so if we didn't report it chances are it wouldn't of been patched. Now Marz was banned for duping while yes we could of tested it on a different server it the thing is we had to know if it worked or not so we just tested it without thought of the consiquences , but this was not to gain any sort of advantage it was only to test it to see if it was indeed still able to be done as requested by a Mojang employee. I do believe Marz has given sufficient evidence to plead her case against this ban , The fact nobody of higher authority has commented on it astounds me. I'm fully aware that Marz broke the rules but when you think about it. 1) there were no mod's online to report such a bug too. 2)If posted on the forum's more people would of known about it allowing it to be abused on your server and many others. So given these points into consideration you can understand why someone would neglect to mention this. I am not saying this ban was wrong , It was indeed a correct ban. But the evidence we have put forward as to why this occurred should be sufficient for you to either make a decision or at least give an answer. I only commented on this because I am the one who reported this issue directly to Mojang. ~Killer.
Wouldn't messaging Noobcrew or any Mod+ about my appeal get it denied? I have read the appeal rules and wouldn't that be considered begging? Also It says they already know about this appeal so I try not spam my appeal. I'm only following the rules as so I don't get into anymore trouble.
The rules clearly state not to reply on an appeal unless involved since I was involved I have the right to reply , I am only telling you what a Mojang employee told me. I am not so certain a Mojang employee would lie about a serious matter such as this. The truth is whether you believe they knew about it or not me and Marz still tryed to do the right thing by the entire minecraft community not just skyblock , and report it.
I am aware that this is what was said and I don't even mind that my island has been removed. I just want to be able to play on my favorite server again. As was also said in later posts that of the 29 people that and the ban message "possible dupe " that they where to contact Noobcrew and many of them have been unbanned.
