There are 3 things I can not seem to find in the forums:

1) Server Rules List. I wish to learn them to avoid making any mistakes.

2) What are god items used for, I see people selling strange things like god sticks, fences, and cobblestone. I have asked in the chat several times now with no response and can't find any information in the forums.

3) I have an island, can I join someones /coop and keep my current personal island?

I had many questions most of which I was able to find answers in the forums but these three I could not find. If there are posts on these and I have missed them I apologize and someone please point me in their direction.

1) RULES - Rules | Skyblock Forums You can also do /rules when you're in-game.
2) God items are items enchanted with every possible enchantment. This means they're good in mob arenas, pvp and harvesting items such as leaves, (silk touch). I would suggest getting a god item. I love my god items. ^-^
3) No. You'll have to choose I'm afraid.

Thank you Jaff. This does help. I do have a couple additional questions.

Concerning God Items:
I have seen people selling/buying god items that normally do not have enchantments like fences, sticks, and cobwebs. I have no idea why you would want an enchanted fence, is there a benefit to having god fences or cobwebs? I was actually given a god stick the other day and my guess would be that if I use it to craft a tool or weapon then the enchantments would apply to that tool. Is this actually the way that it works? If so, is that the best way to utilize a god stick?

Concerning The Rules:
I have read talk about rules not included in that list. Like restrictions on which blocks/items you are allowed to trade. I will be checking in game the /rules for a list of these, if they are not listed there are they somewhere in the forums?

Concerning Coops:
I can make my existing island a coop right? I wouldn't have to start a new one to work with my friends if they finally decide to join this server?

I have found that the mob arena is a great way to get grass and other items I was unsure how to get. Any other tips on good ways to get harder to get items (keep in mind I am a total noob to skyblock).

This server has so far been a great experience, the only issue I have spotted so far is that many questions people pose in chat (including mine) are not answered. I can guess this is partly due to the insane amount of chatting going on in just the one minecraft chat window. Occasionally there are one or two nicer noob friendly people online that answer some questions but most people seem to ignore them completely.

Concerning God Items:
Most people use god items for killing mobs instantly without them breaking. For example a god enchanted stick has the same effect as a god enchanted diamond sword. However, the diamond sword will eventually wear down and break after a certain amount of uses. Whereas the stick will not wear and tear.

Concerning Coops:
Of course. You can always invite people to your existing island.

Any other tips on good ways to get harder to get items.
Mainly by trading grass. If you're a non-donator, the only thing you can rely on is grass. Trade your way up the system. You can also trade the items you earned in the MobArena c:

Thanks a ton for all the great responses. Now that I have learned about god items, I love my god stick! Now I just need to get some armor to make sure I keep it safe.

one additional question how does my friend get to my island instead of his?

 

If he is a donor he can /tpa to you or if you are a donor you can /tpahere him to your island

 

Only problem about "godded" items though, due to the mass amounts of players running around with God enchanted sticks, blocks, and other items That cant regularly be enchanted, they think it's worth a great amount, one player askedme to trade one mobspawner for his God enchanted grass >.>

 

ingame /rules does not seem to work, I receive a message saying no such command.

 

I think /rules only works on .org, hence the rules for .net are on the forums.
