Well because I am constantly helping out others and new people to the server, If people have questions I try to answer them as best as I can. If someone gets greifed, scammed, etc. I tell them what they can do to try to get their stuff back or get the person banned. I am constantly answering questions to players for example " How do I get back to my island " "how to I get to spawn " " how can I kick a player off my island " "how can I invite a player to my island " " how do I delete my island " etc. and I try my best to answer any question they got. Also I am very nice to people I NEVER scammed on this server or even got kicked, I listen to staff when they tell me when not to do things. And I never curse at players.
