I have read the rules...​

I was banned under suspicion of scamming (Note, I have not scammed)​

Not an incorrect ban at all, I was banned by Mod RROD until he finds enough evidence. If the evidence is against me I will be perm banned.​

Never banned before​

Reason why I should be Unbanned:​

I will tell you the story. Me and some Minecrafter were participating in a trade, he traded me an item, then I traded him some grass, Then some random guy came about in the middle of the trade, took the grass I have traded and then did /home or something, after the incident I tried telling the guy I was trading with what happened, but he chose not to believe me so, he started spamming in the chat "XAEZION IS A SCAMMER" then the others followed with him and spammed to, so ever since that day there is atleast one person claiming be to be a scammer.​

Okay. On this exception I will allow anybody to post here if they have any screenshots or video footage of trades. Since there's quite a lot of people going around talking about this, I would like the opportunity to sift out the real incidents. Anyone who has actually been scammed by him, I'll allow you to post as well. If you haven't, your post will be deleted.

 

The thing is, not 1 person, but an odd 6 to 7 people have been saying this too.

Derpyturtle If you have screenshots, go into your %appdata%, then Roaming, then .minecraft, then screenshots, they should be in there. Any evidence of Xaezion scamming is allowed to be posted here.

 

Shouldn't of really deleted that, but at least I can still see it. Never mind though.

I'm going to make an exception for anyone in this thread. I feel it's appropriate we collect the evidence from the 6-7 people, and their stories to accompany them.
The idea behind you being banned in the first place, is to be sure that you can't deal any more damage to the players - if it is the case you are scamming.

The times and chat show that it was in rapid succession, there's no way you could've dropped the grass and he picked it up within those 2 seconds.

Well, let me atleast get my part in. I lagged. I have commented on your thread saying I have done show. I did throw you the grass maybe you just didn't receive it? If not. I will give you more, Maybe it was a lag problem, because I know for a fact I lag

 

Excuses exuses don't know if you are the person who scammed derpyturtle101 all of things for a upgrade to $250 you used the excuse "my computer needs a restart"

It is clear in the first report shown, he did indeed scam, so X_nitro or PROD any decisions?

 

Not sure if this help or not, but I saw him Advertising /warp die. Alot. I could have sworn I had a screenshot of him

Xaezion, You advertise and you scam and you lie to staff. Here's some proof: You have seven people claiming you scammed them, and one with screenshots as evidence. Someone has just posted that you advertised, although we may have no proof, I'm sure he is trustworthy. And finally, I was checking your ban record Nd you have infaxt been banned already, and by me.
