It should be a warp only accessible by $10 donors and above. It should have a lazy pool, recreation area, water pool, lava pool, and an enchanting area. It should also have a small market area where you can selling larger quantities of basic items while maintaining the same item/money ratio (64 sugercane for $32, etc.), because I hate having to stand at some signs for 5 minutes while mass selling from my farms, and it should also have a villager trading area, similar to that on .net. There should also be a donor specific chat channel to go with this. It might also encourage donating. Feel to to post questions, comments or more things we would add on to this.

 

This is a great idea. I am a highroller myself and also hate selling my sugarcanes for 5 minutes at the shop. But I think an enchanting area is too over the top. They could most certainly add the larger sign shop I've seen it on kl3x's island (we were neighbors in the game). He had a very big sugarcane farm and he had a sign saying 64 sugarcane for $32.
Next it should be in a place where no non-donors can reach. I know there was a problem on .net about non-donors going into the donor area. This would also take an amount of people away from the market. Maybe in the donor room you can buy special items and it COULD be illegal to non-donors, just an idea. Overall it is a great idea and you got my vote.

 

This idea would be extreamly helpful I like the idea of having a store only for the donors that would be very neat!!!

yeah i seen it too. it had one side for gwism and another for donors. it looks pretty cool. i really want to see it on the inside so i hope i get my mod app.
