Add a confirmation message after inputting the command. /yes triggers the command and /no obviously doesn't.

And I Really do agree with the /newisland replace confirmation, I had an unfortunate troll incident from Lag which did not place the . infront of /newisland replace, and I lost my entire island.. it was Not fun xD
