I was previously a $25 donor. No problems. On Transaction @ 10:07:19PM PST I decided to upgrade to $50. Worked like a charm, but decided I'd change to $100 about 30 min later. The transaction went through but never changed to $100 donor. I have asked everyone and sent Noobcrew a Skype message with no luck. Can someone please fix this. Not worried about anything else but the Kit changing, the enchant ability, and god mode. Thanks.

Hi, I've saved and removed the attached images as they contain sensitive data for a public forum (transaction IDs). I've forwarded them onto Noobcrew. He should be dealing with it as soon as I hear a reply.
Noobcrew - CypriotMerks I have provided proof. Sent messages and waited 5 days now. Will this ever get fixed or will I just continue to be ignored. RROD & WhySoDelicious have at least responded. But unfortunately they can't fix the issue. Maybe you need more people with the ability to correct problems. I know you have loads of spam & complaints but this is a business right? You can't run without the "Donations" but you promise something for the donations so you are selling a product. Customer Service maybe have someone work that because I don't think anyone is. Please take the time to at lease give a status update to us lowly donors that have supported the server because oddly enough we enjoy it.
