To whom this may concern...
My name is sinqed and i got banned for asking for my mob spawners because i had 3 in my chest and i went to go trade 2 for 4 diamond blocks and trade to the player Tubby_Toaster.
he said u go first so i said no i never go first so i dont get scammed but then i desided to go first because i need the diamonds and then i threw them on the ground and i saw them go into his inventory and he was holding in his hand then he changed to fists and started accusing me and trying to scam me and then he started complain that he didnt get the spawners then he teleported and i was really annoyed so i went to donate 10$ more to get 2 more spawners. and i got those 2 and put them in my chests and now i have 3 spawners and then i yelled to everybody that i was selling 2 spawners then i got a vist on my island by anon the 100$ donator he started to spawn sonic creepers and lightning every where and he tryed to get into my chest and i look in the chest and he took 2 spawners and then i started abussing anon for taking them because i saw them in his hand so i talked to the moderator mage49 and then i got banned for asking him for my 2 spawners back cause i just donated for them and i lost them and my friend fuzzball69 who is in my coop was at my house at the time and saw everything happen and watched every word. could i please get unbanned and get those 2 spawners that i donated today back and the time i got scammed. FROM SINQED.... TO NOOBCREW

 

In fact, i gave you the 4 blocks then you said that someone had picked them up. And then you claimed to have dropped 1 spawner and wanted it back. Later on when Andrew was dealing with it, you claimed that you had dropped 2 spawners. Changing your story is a biggy to spot out liars. There were people at faq and i believe 2 100 donors vouched for me and saw the trade. This issue has already been dealt with by a moderator and doesn't need to be brought back up.

NOTE: Dropping items at spawn is by no means trading, therefore breaking no rules. So i admit you got away with stealing my diamond blocks, but you didnt break any rules. So enjoy them.

 

lier i no ur lieing because we dont even have that many diamond added up in tools and armour to add up to 4 diamonds blocks i no ur just replieing so u dont get banned i have a witness that was at my house and is in my coop

 

I watched the hole thing no diamonds were given out and Andrew even checked our chests there was not enough diamond or even diamond tools to make up 4 blocks of diamond tools and mage49 told me to tell me friend to post the appeal

 

NOTE: and i no that ur friends with Johntrollenski because ur both trying to team up on me and steal my spawners because ur got nothing better to do u should grow up and play the game properly.

 

Fuzzball you weren't even there at the time, and sinqed I'm not afraid of getting banned because even if i did, i wouldn't be breaking any rules, just losing respect. But that isnt the case here, because you've shown so many clear lies, aswell as getting people to say they were there when they were not. i.e, fuzzball.

Let me start off by inviting anybody who's traded spawners, or at least seen sinq trading spawners, to chime in. Be descriptive. Now for my account of interacting with you today:

First, you ask me to come to you to replace THREE spawners you accidentally destroyed. I refuse. A number of times.
Second, you tell me you lost 2 spawners in a trade yesterday. I tell you that I STILL don't replace items. You ask a few more times, etc. Second and a half, you're offering to sell spawners for diamonds in trade. From what I'm told this isn't the second time.

Third, this is about 2 hours after our last conversation, you tell me that ddos came to your island and stole 3 more spawners from you. Not the same 3 spawners, but 3 that you just voted for. He doesn't have any on him, you have 1 in your chest. I confront you saying you lost them by breaking them earlier. You tell me no, you lost those THREE in the trade yesterday and broke only ONE on accident earlier today. Then you tell me you bought THREE more and had ONE left over making FOUR. Your shortterm math checks out. You've got 1 in your chest, you tell me ddos took 3 of them out of there (leaving 1 for some reason). I ask you if you're sure. You say yes, and I tell you ddos can't open chests that are locked. You change your story.

Now you had the 3 spawners on you and he killed you with creepers (the most believable part about all of this is Anon using stuff that explodes). I never got around to asking why you had them on you, please add that in there. You no longer lost 1 earlier today, you only lost 3 yesterday. Then you donated for 3 more and lost them right away. Only they were stolen. While you were trying to sell them. But they were stolen from your chest/corpse while you were on your island. At this point I ask you to clarify exactly how many spawners you had yesterday, this morning and before you bought more spawners. You suddenly only lost 2 yesterday and still no longer lost any today. You also had 2 left over from yesterday, instead of 1, of what was originally 4. I tell you your original story was you lost 3 yesterday which would make it 5. This is when I tempban you (I shortly thereafter moved it to a full ban, I need noobcrew to verify that you purchased any spawners. he can unban you if your story checks out).


Now this part comes from your Fuzzball69, who claims to be your friend and who was standing behind you this entire time (reading chat, and claiming to have missed no details). His version of the story is you lost 2 spawners yesterday, had 2 left over today and then purchased 2 more. At this point you calling me to you to replace any spawners never happened. He told me to unban you a number of times, even after I told him what I told you when I banned you. Post this thread. He also told me the 1 spawner left in your chest WASN'T there until he logged on. I really still don't know how to respond to this. I saw it, you told me it was there. The spawner WAS already in that chest. He told me he always logged off with it in his inv (instead.. of leaving it... in a secured chest..?...). I ask him to be very clear about that, and reminded him I already banned you for lying through your teeth. His story changed to that's his plan from now on. Btw I locked the chest down on your island and protected it. It cant be traded unless a mod picks it up.

Yay, here we are. Now that I've typed all that I'll read your post...So far you only started off with 3 spawners(youre sounding more and more innocent, btw). I'm.. a little confused about the timeline. The way you just wrote it makes it sound like it all happened within a few hours. Including the botched trade. Though I see were still at two spawners now. Now Anon is taking the items from inside your chest WHILE you're looking inside it AND watching his hands. This is starting to sound like a TV show with all the dramatic editing.

For the record, you got banned for losing 9 spawners, then 7 spawners, then... Screw it, I'm not backtracking all that math. Your number of spawners bounced around more than kangaroos in the mating season. That, plus selling spawners (which is fine on itself) plus repeatedly asking mods to replace your "lost" numerous spawners = banned. Crap the math sort of came back. Your story changed way too much and your replacing lost spanwers WHILE trading them off is far too suspicious.

 

Oh, and I know Anon/ddos was online this entire time watching the conversation. I saw dectrap for part of it. I believe kevd saw some. Everybody chip in what you saw.

No it wasnt fuzzball, the trade between me an him was at the faq wall. We were the only ones on the wall.

i have brought 4 spawners fuzzball brought 1 spawner with his donor kit and i brought 1 with my donor kit thats makes 6 spawners and we have only sold 1 spawners and 2 of the spawners were scammed by tubby_toaster and 2 more spawners were taking of me (i dont no how but he did it) by anon with my protected chest u can even check my chests.

I was flying around at FAQ watching the entire trade, and I witnessed diamond blocks being thrown down, after-so, Sinqed left FAQ then came back claiming that he threw down some spawners which never occurred, from what I saw, Sinqed scammed TubbyTobster.

 

So? would i beable to get my spawners back if i can give them to fuzzball69

 

Sinqed, you do realise the whole idea of the ban was to wake you up and stop asking for them, you wont get 'em bud.
