I've demoted 4 but I don't see anyone talking crap about me. Your demotion, as well as all others, have been a thing all admins agreed on, don't try to pin the blame on Justin. He is fully capable of handling his Admin job, and has been doing a damn fine job. Zambiana, you were banned by Noobcrew while being under staff evaluation, and you will not be unbanned until the re-evaluation is complete. You attitude has been very hostile lately. I'm all for voicing and opinion, but doing it in the way you have been is not acceptable.
I believe he has accepted the demotion. As far as the ban goes, I'm unsure if he wishes to be unbanned.
Hence why I'm forcing myself to leave. I'm as happy as I want to be and in reality in life I feel as if I don't belong and I just kinda want to get away. I've been taking it out on you guys (the staff team) I feel absolute shitty for how I treated Justin. I want to have a talk to Xelnagahunter a bit more over a few days and see if I can get it worked out. I've been talking to Paris (owner of another site) and he's been there for me. I spoke to noobkilla101 and I honestly don't remember anything besides what I've posted, I can't even remember what started it. I'm normally amazing at this kind of thing but as time goes it's becoming a chore to stay happy. I've been talking to someone about just up and leaving, dropping everything I was did and just start again, but how much I care for SkyBlock just leaves me unable to leave fully. Meanwhile I have the at most respect for Justin Martin and I hope he knows what I said isn't true and I do feel so bad for saying it. I guess he was the one that just got all my built up frustration and rage, which had accumulated over the past weeks as most mods know already, I haven't really been chirpy.
Zamb, Thank you for your kind words I really appreciate the appology and it really speaks for what a good person you are. But just so you and grey know, both of your bans were not completely up to me, like SLG said they were a group decision but your re-evaluation is still not complete. I too had some built up anger too as I have been up coding and programming for over 120 hours now so I know what you mean. During the evaluation process we had to ban you on .org because you have creative mode on. Im not saying they you are or are not going to be re-promoted but this definitely does help your case as this was one of the problems that had come forth with you. Thanks you guys for clearing it up that it was a team decision. Although the amount of demotions these days still strikes me as strange, it's good to see you guys moving together.
