Others and I have been having the same problem, which is getting in contact with admins or being able to contact Noobcrew about something we paid for. We have no idea when Noobcrew will be on next and some of the Admins pick and chose who they respond to. Having the direct means of communication from an individual to the Mods or Noobcrew would help extremely.

 

Well, from what I know, Noobcrew is the only one who deals with donations. Mod's can't really help you on that! At least, I can't. Basically I am just a green bean player with a few commands and a cool name, lol.

 

Ha, I know Noobcrew is the only one that can manage the donations, but like when I have asked a mod abut something some of them dont take the time to even answer. and yes, very cool name, lol!
