Using the new Aether II mod (Which I can't install :/), you could make a server and change it to all aether crap and maybe add a custom holystone generator plugin like what you did for hellblock...
Just an idea. One more word... Zephyrs... >:3 Needs a bit of work but I think you can pull it off!

There is! I checked... I think.... They have an official server that comes with the mod and It says you can make a server with forge I think...

But as I said, there are servers that had been made so maybe they could do something...

 

When i google Aether Server Software, i couldnt find the SOFTWARE.
Only this one Aether server that exists.
So.... Its not possible. Unless a Dev can make The software by adding the Mod to a craftbukkit.jar file.
And i think Spout can be used to connect to an Aether server WITHOUT THE MOD!

Those Are Servers That Lag Alot, Skyblock.net and .org Lag Enough, an Modded Server Would be extreme Lag, Trust Me On That.

 

This cannot be done for vannila MC i think but there are modpacks maybe which allow that ....

 

Not Everything is about plugins...
You can get Different softwares for server types. FTB doesnt use a FTB plugin, it has its own unique Software. Bukkit is made to run plugins. Thats why Vanilla servers doesnt have /home etc.

 

FTB is a modpack and can have it's own servers that's the only way to make Aether multiplayer to put it in a modpack and FTB modpacks are editable c:

Yes, but for the Modpack to be useable on the server, the server needs the mods itself, thats why they release different stuff. And that Link, its only a mod, not a server.
This is possible through spout, since spout can receive data from servers without having Mods installed. So a Dev must just add the Blocks to the bukkit API, and make it send the data to people using spout.
