Saint had at least one of his plugins used. He also did not make 4 (6 counting rewrites) plugins for the server.

 

I do trust you and I do agree with you and I do know EXACTLY how it is. I went through it all. I've been to hell and back. I'm not going to sit there and let him continue though, I want him to open his eyes and head and understand what he's doing is hurting him not helping him.

 

Believe it or not, I'm actually more calm than I first started with this discussion.

There's no room for anyone to blow off any steam anymore. I can guarantee you a lot of the staff members here are ticking time bombs, who hate being ignored just as much as I do.

To be honest this discussion isn't really going anywhere fast is it? everyone understands that theway2 is very unhappy right now and i wouldn't be happy either. Yes it is not nice being " ignored" but as you know there is many other ways of dealing with it than threatening behavior . All that does as you have seen is get you demoted You must also be able to see noobcrews point in trying to protect the server by banning you till the plugins e.c.t can be fixed and creative mode taken away from you? if it was my server i would of done the exact same thing even if you were my best friend just to be safe rather than sorry .
Noobkilla is trying to explaining some stuff to but its all just going round in circles here. I do not know what goes on " behind the scenes" and really don't want to but i am sure that this can all be worked out properly and benefit everyone involved.
My only advice to anyone that really needs to take there rage out on someone or blow of steam there is plenty of fighting games or other games where you can happily picture who ever's face your angry with and beat them to a pulp without blowing off steam on the forum or get yourself a punching bag and bet it up till your hearts content

 

I'd understand if Crew was too busy, but take this into account.
I don't know if you remember desmin88, but he created MobDisguise and used to be a developer here. He asked Noobcrew to make a Skype and add him so it would be easier to communicate with him about development of a new skyblock plugin. 5 months later, Crew asked desmin for the plugin and he refused to give it to him. During that ordeal, desmin asked him if "after 5 months did he ever get around to making that Skype." Crew's excuse was he was "too busy."
He really said he was too busy to make a Skype account. That takes about 10 minutes. He really tried to say that in a 5 month period, he did not get one 10 minute break.

 

Putting all that a side bud running a server and your own personal real life must be stressful for him no ? and i can imagine it was stressful for you as well. Yes he could of just said " i am sorry i really don't have time to make a skype account but I am wanting this plugin " but different situations get dealt with different ways.
we can all use hindsight and think " i wish i did that a different way" or " i wish i hadn't said that now" But there is no real point in dwelling in the past really is there? what matters now is sorting this situation out about yourself and putting things back the way they were right? or if not exactly the way they were then at least you been able to play on skyblock again ( if you wish it) and there been no warfare between what i thought was good friends?
You will look at this in the near future and use hindsight and think to yourself " yeah i could of done it differently and yes raging and threatening was not the way to do things" and probably laugh at the way you dealt with this situation.
We all human man and we all make mistakes but pushing on from them and not just getting angry and lashing out is what makes us better than most I hope you all get it sorted and come to some compromise eventually because this is not good for you, everyone else nor the server to be honest.

 

TheWay, I just have a note for you. The reason you are still banned is likely the threatening nature you used. It's not your anger or anything else. Threats are NOT acceptable in any way shape or form and should be dealt with in any manner necessary when made. I agree with you, Crew should find a way to listen to the staff team that, for the most part, HE selected himself. The newer mods are the only ones that other admins had say in after all.

Also, I want to note that I've respected you and requested improvements to the plugins you developed for Crew that were never used. Why? Because I want to use them! I've never said it because I didn't think it was needed, but I did plan to give you a "payment" once I got a server with a few donations using your plugins. I enjoy the things you've developed and I've tried my HARDEST to make sure you know it, yet you seem to want to ignore me on Skype and the forums just like Crew would.

Well I have no idea why this ban appeal is still going on if you don't want to be unbanned theway2, I understand how angry you are right now but if you're saying you don't want to be unbanned but you want to know the reason why you're banned/demoted you have got your answer already and there is no need to carry on this appeal and fighting at each other throats.

I'm archiving this. If you want to be unbanned re-post another appeal and I don't want anyone replying on it part from Noobcrew
